Your voucher code is sent automatically by email as soon as your order is placed — you don't need to wait for the catalog to arrive before redeeming it.
Do I need a trade certificate?
Wurm is a B2B wholesale supplier. You can order the catalog without any proof — orders on wurm.com require a one-time business registration.
When will the catalog be shipped?
The catalog is currently being printed. Once complete, all pre-orders will be shipped simultaneously via DHL. You'll receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email.
Why does the catalog cost money now?
We used to send the catalog for free — but much of it ended up unread in the recycling bin. The nominal fee ensures every copy reaches someone who will actually use it. The €30 voucher more than covers the cost.
